There are four methods by which you can upgrade your OCRIS installation:
- This is the preferred method. Run the 'OCRIS Updater' tool on your PC. In most cases this will download the new OCRIS updates and a new version of the 'Updater' program itself.
- Download the New OCRIS Updater file, and save it to the same folder that OCRIS is installed in (typically C:\Program Files\OCRIS) - if prompted to overwrite an existing file, click 'OK'. Then, run the new Updater file that you just downloaded - this will update OCRIS and the associated Updater application
- Uninstall OCRIS first. Then download the New OCRIS Version 2.2.2.4 zip file. Unzip this file and run 'setup.exe' to reinstall OCRIS. You will then have to re-activate OCRIS to take it out of 'demo' mode.
- Request a CD or USB copy of the required files, so that you can update your Loggers 'offline'. Note that internet access will still be required if you need to re-activate an OCRIS install.
